I agree with Spiral. I also think make-up makes a girl look worse, not better. I like girls who look human, not girls who look like Barbie dolls. It's a bit sad what the girl in the video iambored posted did - if you look at her earlier videos, she actually looked pretty good IMO. Way to make yourself look like an idiot who doesn't have enough confidence to show what she's really like - instead, she shows off that she's got no taste.

I find makeup if used properly very good looking. Some people look quite bad without makeup on. I've seen Haruka's picture and she looks good without makeup. On other people though it just seems like there's something missing. Personally I use a bit of black eyeliner and a little bit of lipstick, no more than a tiny dab. Just enough to bring out the colour a little more. The point like you mentioned Droolie is not to be able to see the makeup, I think the point is for it to ambiguously bring out depth or colour without looking like something gooey going over your skin. Some people you see you might think don't have makeup on actually do have it on, they just use it properly. It's the same reason we may have coloured or stylish clothes. It's not 'unattractive' to wear a shirt that's not grey, but what is unattractive are the bells and whistles and all these ornaments that were so popular in 1650 and 1950.

Exactly one week ago a plane crashed and burned right into the middle of Vancouver (where I live) and we had to evacuate within a ten mile radius of it, and there was barely a news broadcast. It was just in the newspaper the day after and no one's mentioned it since.

It gives a neglected look in my opinion, and while being obsessed over one's appearance is missing the point, not caring about it is pretty much the same to me.

I asked my dad and he said it was something he heard a bit abut in the news. Nothing more.

That or they simply have more self-confidence. Sometimes people just want to look good for themselves, and that's OK too. For example, my other cousin who's in the 6th grade puts make up only for Sabbath. It is considered good behaviour to look good for Sabbath. That's why Israelis always take a bath before Sabbath (except me ). Notice how each sentence in this paragraph gets more and more off topic.

Today in school we talked about the 5th of November in English class. I was the only one who knew who Guy Fawkes was. What am I doing in that school?!

If it's doing no harm and he's not going too far then I'd say let it be. If he's going too far or getting annoying tell him to fuck off. If he's your friend than kindly tell him to fuck off.

You guys ever heard of a show called Snog Marry Avoid? Man the make up the bints they have on there, so thick and orange they may as well be oompa loompas.

I really rarely use makeup. Only recently I'd have heavy eyeliner solely for my Betilla costume and man it's not easy to apply without making it look wonky as shit. I only have lipstick and eyeshadow on once in a blue moon, and other stuff like foundation I don't use at all.

I couldn't care less about my appearance, but I think you knew that already. Also I hate make-up and I think most girls look better without.
