I'd definitely try it. I imagine them being sliced in the same fashion as cucumber or carrot. I feel like it would be nice, and I probably had it before but I can't remember lol.

I always thought of sausage as that kind of topping that looks like it's been crumbled and sprinkled on top of the pizza before being baked.

Very true! But many the American in me wants the "crappy" pizza, you know? That kind of pizza you get from a chain like Little Caesar's
