I often see people naming it Hawaiian pizza, unless they use this name just because adding pineapple on it gives it some "Hawaiian style"![]()

Nope, hawaiian pizza in reality has no real ties to the state of Hawaii. It wasn't even invented in the USA, but Canada in fact. It was merely coined 'hawaiian' because of the brand of canned pineapple being used by the Greek person who invented the pizza at the time.
The only sweet ingredient we use on pizza is Nutella, I've seen some people that also add bananas to it but that's legal as long it is only used as a dessert!![]()

But, but....what about Sweden's curried banana pizza? Is this legal if it tastes sweet?
