He's the guy in Rayman 1 who gives you the super helicopter power. But the instructions say he's called the musician.

Not just the manual. The game itself says "The Musician gives Rayman a Super Helicopter power/Press X to fly" or something like that.

I was never able to get trough Picture City I haven't played Rayman 1 in a while tough.

I could never find all the cages, and looking at maps didn't really help much.

It's almost inpossible to get all the cages without cheats.

In Rayman Advance you need to get on a door to a level in the map screen and press select+b+r, select+b+r
