A pointless topic but I was curious to know if you guys have ever tasted plum juice in purpose because of Rayman games. I did once and it wasn't that bad. A little bitter but it was drinkable.

I prefere to drink it instead of eat it. If I eat plums it itches in the throat but the drinking method not :P

EDIT to robotic teensie: lol?

I dislike plums too... and I've never even seen plum juice in real life. I have seen it mixed in some multi-fruit drinks but not as pure plum juice. So... I haven't tasted it.

EDIT: Lol we have the same amount of tings emshomar :)

I don't know if I ever did or not... I stewed plums with shitloads of sugar once or twice and that's quite nice.

Plums... I've tasted them, but I don''t remember what it tasted like. What I'm thinking more about is that how can there be a real life Earth fruit on the Glade, which is a completely alternate universe.

Good point. Although... they are kinda distorted in the Glade of Dreams... they're huge! And in Rayman Origins' food world there are more real world fruits - such as watermelons... but again, they're really large.

What if the Glade's residents are just tiny and the fruit are normal-sized.

You see, long time ago, the citizens of the Glade did some universe travel shit in space, ending up in Earth and meeting the humans, who were gigantic. The humans showed them the big ol' almighty plum, and the Glade creatures wanted to plant them all over their world. Then they did universe travel shit again and they lived happily ever after. And this totally happened, the humans just forgot to make any notes for today's historians, but the stuff in Ubisoft's video game franchise is oddly similar. They know...

Not quite the same as a plum but anyone think this fruit looks a bit like a Rayman one?

Never even seen one here let alone ate one so idk what it's like.

Oh you know what else I had, plum jam. In both jar form and in jammy dodgers.

That fruit I posted is called a mangosteen btw.

In France plum jam is quite common, you can find it in almost every grocery store. When it's the good season in France we eat a lot of plums, and a lot of people have plumtrees in their gardens. Maybe Michel Ancel is a plum-addict.

I've never tasted Plum juice but I'm used to eat a lot of plums during the season (spring/summer). Personnally I'm used to eat a good quantity of fuits cuz I luv them :).

About your reflexion Rayray I think plums had a benefic impact for Michel Ancel in the creation of Rayman (or it's only a good idea of one of his team mates).
