A few levels are slightly different, and a new one was added in the PC version, that's all.
 
@H801. Do you remember first cage you could break? In PS1 version (well, one I have seen), it was in 3rd area (excluding Betilla's one) without any gendoors. In both DOS and GBA version, you need to collect fist or something to create it.

Are you interested in those differences? I know a few of Jaguar version:
*) If you stand on an end of a platform backwards to it. In Jaguar version, you will turn back and Rayman will use same animation as if you go onto an end noraml way.
*) Rayman can't, errr, slide. In another words, you walk on silver bells same way you walk on drums.
*) There are probably cages in Candy Chateau. At least, in manual scan on Atari fanpage.
*) You fly on Angus funnier way - instead of punching enemies, you use his poison as weapon.
*) There are some textes, like in Sonic games, however they aren't names of levels, but things like "ACTION!" and "GAME OVER".
*) In bonus level, ting counter starts at x and goes to 0, instead of going from 0 to x.
*) Timer in bonus level is text like two *) above.
*) Also, "COLLECT X TINGS" is like this.
*) "PERFECT!" too.
*) Ah, and "GAME SAVED".
*) Game crashes if you press two opposite buttons at one time, however this can be emulation problem.
 
I want the Jaguar version so bad. But since emulating sucks ass, I'm gonna have to get a real Jaguar which is gonna be a bitch to have only one game on.
 
It sounds awesome ^^ Anyway, I don't feel like buying a 15-year-old console, so, does anyone know where I can get a Jaguar emulator and the Rayman rom?

Bomb-launching clown. In Rayman designer, you can have kamikaze ones aswell as folowing and rapidly bombing ones. :D
 
I use Project Tempest and Rayman rom from site called emu-russia. Beware, there are lots of things in Russian there, however I don't speak this language and I found game.

There is also another emulator called Virtual Jaguar, but:
-)it works better on Linux (I haven't got it)
-)it needs BIOS
-)it also has problems with sound.

I know that PT doesn't support sound in Rayman, but it supports it in another games, so everyting depends on its creator.

In other words, you pressed left and right or up and down at the same time.
 
What do you mean? He land on you with big bunch of bombs (BBB) and explode? When he reaches wall, he fall? Or he simply fly only one way, and doesn't kill himself?
 
i don't know exactly in this case, but kamikaze generally means they run into people or structures and KABOOM!!!!!!!

Mr Dark is actually a very cool villian, but his name kinda sucks...
My teachers last name is 'Mørk', which is danish and means 'Dark', so her husband is actually Mr Dark. :lol:
