And yeah, I remember I read it somewhere, but I can't remember where. I'll look for it now. :P
You didn't find it?

By the way, I found an interview with the Project Manager of Rayman Advance. It's kind of interesting; he talks about compression and palettes and things.

No, I didn't find it... :(
I remember that it was in a review somewhere... but yeah, it's probably nothing. Maybe I was reading a Rayman Advance review. XD

Oh, hey...I'm happy again :boon:

~I was wandering around the internets for clues a while ago, and some guy somewhere said that he compressed his 700MB Vagrant Story PS1 ISO into a 116MB eboot. And he said that this is impressive, as Vagrant Story, he said, has bits of FMV in it, while Rayman only really has one reasonably-sized FMV. And I read somewhere that TLoZ:OoT for the N64 is only like...36MB or something.
And I managed to compress my 696MB R1 PS1 ISO into a 440MB archive with 7Zip, which is freeware, and probably quite crude compared to whatever compression techniques Sony uses. Also, PSN games have in-game manuals that you can access by pressing the PS button, which is good.

And here's an image which has nothing to do with what we've been discussing, and I can't remember where I found it or whether any of you have seen it yet:

It seems that the 32X version was going to have different levels from the ones we know; take a look at that screenshot. It is NOT from the game.

Oh yeah I found that while looking for 32x stuff, that was quite a while back.

The interview with the project manager is interesting, and thinking about it, it's kinda fair for everyone to go without limbs, otherwise there would be a KILLER slowdown, which you get in a number of games when there's too much shit on the screen at once.

I had that image saved on my laptop for ages, but I couldn't remember if I'd found it or someone else had.

Thanks Haruka, i lost that font, but i was never able to find it again. I'm glad to have it back, it's a great font for title's of works about fantasy books.

Corrupted? Did you made the download well and did you extracted the file to the Text Fonts' Folder on Control Panel?
