You can use a prepaid euro card and it will give you the money, thought I'm not FULLY sure if it works that way though.
I've bought one game with a US psn card in the European store and it all worked just fine, accept instead of cash, it took euros. Go ahead and try it.
For reals? I read somewhere that you must buy an US PSN card to buy stuff from the US PSN store, European cards wouldn't work. But how come it works the other way around then?
Got to try this next time when I buy a pre-paid card. :o

But yeah, I also saw Revolution on the US store but I never really expected it to hit Europe. Isn't Max Payne like the only Ps2 classic we have on our store right now? It seems like they're just starting this feature for us even though the US has had PS2 games for over a year now. :/ It's kinda like PSone imports, Europe only recently got those too.

I've got Cel Damage Overdrive on my PS3 from the store, so there's one.
On an unrelated note, returning to Revolution I've just gotten to the fight with Razorbeard. After playing through the full game suddenly the tracks in Rayman M make a lot more sense to me. Also, those flying shell controls take a lot of time to get used to. :|

Do you mean the sprites? If you do, you can just rip them from the game very easily using 3D Ripper DX or Texmod.

I mean the lums with a transparant background
Yeah, rip the sprite. What the fuck did you think you'd get?

What do i need for it? An ISO file or something

If you don't have the PC version you can just install the demo. The two programmes I mentioned are free and tiny.

I'm thinking of buying Rayman 2 from Playstation Store for 5€. I already have a disc, but it freezes in some points.

I also have Revolution, but I don't like it as much as PSX version. The PSX version is the first version that I got and it still has some charm. I like the Hall of Doors.

Hmm... this is sad. 3D Ripper DX crashes the game and Texmod requires me to start up the game, minimise it and resume it. I can minimise R2 just fine, but the problem is, and always has been, that if I want to resume, the game crashes. So I can't ever load the textures into Texmod! Or can I start up Texmod and tell it to automatically record all textures without having to minimise and tell it what to do?

I have the same minimising problem, however Texmod doesn't force me to do that odd process you explained. 3D Ripper DX works fine for me.

I'm not sure if Texmod is compatible with Rayman 2, but to my experience it's not. I can always try again.

You see, the point is that R2 needs to be running in order for Texmod to rip anything. And for R2 to be running, it needs to be run and put in focus. Once you put it in focus, you can't minimise or alt-tab it or it'll crash. I can actually see Texmod succesfully opened R2 since its new tab is open, but I can't do anything since that would require me to go back to the game, which crashes it.

Does it also give you any red text in the top left corner of the game screen that explains how to rip the textures? This needs to be present.

No... damnit! Y u no work on my PC, texture rip programs?!
Oh well I'll just have to enjoy the textures as opposed to abuse them for other nefarious needs.

To my idea not many games are compatible, I know that Rayman Origins and Guild Wars are, and they are both able to run in windowed mode without a hassle. That might have something to do with it, but I haven't tested that theory out yet.

Also, I think it will be very likely if Rayman Legends comes out for PC it will be compatible as well since it uses the same engine as Rayman Origins does.

I'm actually pretty disappointed it doesn't work with Rayman 2, or 3 for that matter.
