I doubt it, even with all the additions, Rayman Revolution doesn't quite reach the same graphical detail as Rayman 3, at least, that's my opinion, and like I said earlier, the PS2 is more powerful than the Dreamcast (which, while not quite on the same level of detail, still looks much better than both the PC and N64 versions.), and as such, should've atleast coped with Revolution without the slowdown.
I believe the lag could also happen in the original levels as well, but I can't say for sure.
