Hello, I followed this tutorial
so I tried to do but its not work
So here's what I did:

First i'm launched Rayman I took office Helicopter
I'm Scanned 16777216 - Helicopter
Then - what should I do like that I tried it does not work

I don't know how to help you, but that sounded like some Sylvester Stallone movie! :P "I launched Rayman then took the office heli... oh no.... I don't know what to do! Mayday mayday!"

I don't think Rayman 3 DVD have changing addresses, only RRR.
If you want to find the powerup cheat:
1. Go to a place with a powerup can and do a first scan after you take it. (Unknown Initial Value).
2. Let the power run out and scan for a changed value then jump around and shoot some times (don't take any powerups or go to next level!) and scan for a unchanged value.
3. Now you can take the power up and do a "Same as first scan"-scan. Stand on the can and press some different keys, do not let the power run out, and search for a unchanged value.
4. Repeat 2. and 3. until you get few addresses left.
5. Mark the all addresses except the green ones and click on the red arrow.
6. Right click on a address in the address list and choose "Freeze all addresses in the list".
7. See if anything happens! :D Warning! The game maybe crashes!

If you haven't already done that, try to carefully read the text above which Rsandee posted and follow the steps.
If you're still struggling, it may have something to do with the kind of game. I for example, have the DVD-Version, and it didn't work for me.
 
I think it is okay if I bump this thread, because I also have a question regarding the cheat engine.
I found codes for the moon jump in rayman 2 for the n64, but how can I make the cheat engine find the adress of them so I can change the variables? :?
The codes are:
D00CF480 0080
801C69FC 0040

It only gives me an error message if I put them in the search window.

P.S My cheat-thingy, wont allow a cheat called (M) because it's the master code, what does this mean?

I had the exact same problem as you have. But then I found a link in another forum and it worked for me. Maybe this video even helps you. At the beginning it's a little bit complicated to understand, but after a time you will get it how it works. This video is a private video and cannot be seen if you just type the name in YouTube search.
