Rayman 3

My opinion on Rayman's R3 design? I don't really care. Michel Ancel decided to use it in Origins and Legends, so he must think it's good.

I'd like to see the R2 clothes on the R3 design.
 
Before: Cute little character with silly haircut, chubby body, an adorable smile, a neckerchief.

After: THIS COOL DUUUUUUUUUDE WITH A BADASS FAAAAAACE, AND, LIKE, A VERY RADICAL HAIRCUT, AND A HOODIE BECAUSE TEENAGERS WEAR HOODIES (although with the clothes that he's wearing it doesn't make sense but WHO CARES). LET'S ALSO GIVE HIM MORE DETAILED SHOES AND MAKE HIM LOOK TALLER, LET'S GO ALL SONIC THE HEDHEHOG WITH HIM.

Lol, I still think teenage ray would look cool in some of his old duds :)
 
I don't mind the R3 design. He'd look a bit odd with his Rayman 2 look in that game I think. He's still appealing to look at unlike Sonic which I think is just ugly.

Sonic undergoes WAY to many design changes, and since I think the R2 design is meant to resemble the R1 look but in 3D, maybe The R3 design would look better with R1 textures. (I wonder why they took the 3rd piece of his hair out.)
 
Sonic was originally going to be with Sonic R model in Sonic Adventure but they changed it to make him look "cooler" for modern kids. Honestly, I am not a big fan of Sonic's redisign. I do not hate it to point of ranting about it and complaining when playing modern games, but I think Classic design was better. Even new Banjo-Kazooie designs are not that horrible to the point of hating. Only redisign I hate with passion is new Pac-Man design, but that probably has to do with his personality and not design itself.

that didn't stop me from enjoying sonic adventure 2, even if the classics were better
 
Whilst my preferences for Sonic's design are a little dubious, I admit I really like modern Eggman.

I also admit modern Eggman is better then Classic one. The Sonic character that I really dislike in modern games is Charmy the Bee. I mean in Knuckles Chaotix he had a badass smile and was not annoying at all. He looked like someone who could have similar attitude like Sonic

Ryan Drummond is also the best voice actor for sonic in my eyes.
Here's the thing guys...People grow. They're not always gonna look like their cutesy selves forever.
 
Ryan Drummond is also my favourite English voice actor for Sonic and the only one who is on same level of quality like Jun'ichi Kanemaru (Sonic's Japanese voice). Every person who voiced Sonic in English versions of games after Ryan Drummond is in my opinion not near as good as Ryan.

I know, Ryan is the best! I also don't mind Jason Griffith, but I just really want them to fire Roger Craig Smith. His voice.......EW. Everyone tries to defend his shitty voice acting skills with shit like "oh sonic is old so he should have a shitty ass voice actor cuz hes old lololololol"
 
Sonic is 20 years old in games since Sonic Generations (it was his birthday in that game) but I think they could have found a better voice actor.
 
I dislike Sonic's super realistic shoes from Sonic Adventure 2. I'm glad they changed them back to the original shoes.

Hopefully Sega realises that now with Generations and Lost World they can make their biggest icon shine again. I'm really glad they just got rid of all those unnecessary characters, because outside of the main trio I've never really given a shit about any others. None of them really have personalities that make me want to see them reappear. Especially not Silver.

Oh and, whatever happens to Sonic. Just... just never go back to the "Sonic in the real world" concept. I mean...
