Rayman 3

Yeah... I dont think a discussion about CLH in the Rayman 3 tread is on topic!

Anyways, the music in this game is quite nice!
 
The most notable pieces are the Hoodoo Sorcerer and the Teensie Highway music. But, I can't really speak upon this since I haven't played it fully.. Ever since my progress in the DOTK got reset I've been avoiding it again :mefiant:

I do think the Hoodoo music is a bit overrated and people always use it to say "R3's music is so good!", but I think it's still pretty great.

Hell, the beta one is amazing too!


I'd say a lot of the best Rayman stuff is the betas.. Have you HEARD the beta for Luchador and all of the stuff for R1? I wish Origins had some, too. They're so good!
 
Yeah, I don't think they bring up anything else, it's just "HOODOO SORCERER! HOODOO SORCERER IS THE PRIME EXAMPLE OF THIS!"
 
Yeah, it’s definitely among the best, but there’s a lot better themes, like the one where you’re trying to get your hands back, and all 3 hoodstomper themes. Also, am I the only one who prefers the other Hoodoo theme?

The beta one? Or is there just some other one I haven't heard yet?

I never paid any attention to any of those themes to be honest so I'll definitely have to listen to them later :lol:
 
Ohhh, I guess I've never paid attention to it then. I usually miss a lot because I'm focused on beating these guy's asses instead of grooving to the music :lol:

I suppose i enjoy the first two a lot because i used to listen to this one Rayman playlist on the daily, and these 2 songs were on here :hap: (something like that)
 
Oh, yeah, definitely, there are more cool tracks. Today I would have chosen a different playlist. Keep in mind that I created mine before I found out about Raytunes (or maybe before Raytunes existed). So they were all recorded by me personally, in-game using the Stereo Mix feature.
 
Hehehe, I recently started getting into listening to Hoodlum Headquarters myself. There are a number of tracks in this game I like listening to much like in all Rayman games. Maybe someday I’ll get around to sharing them. :)

Perhaps because I didn’t care for the second fight, most of Reflux’s 2nd fight music didn’t vibe with me. :oops2:

I guess also at the beginning of DOTK7. I never really liked this one quite as much as the other one, but since I've got into scoring it especially reminds me of endless restarts of DOTK7 as I try to get a tricky combo in the first room :oops2: It's still not bad though!
 
Is R3 actually free via gamepass on Xbox? I wanna get it on the xbox but I don't want to accidentally make a charge since it says it's 10 dollars :oops2:

I already have it on PC and kinda have the same experience, since I play with a Xbox controller, but I'd like it on the actual Xbox because it never exactly hurts to have some different versions of the game.
 
Been playing through rayman 3 HD today, gotta say it’s pretty good. I’ve gotten around 60k through the first 3 worlds which I think is solid
