I don't think they're from a previous room. If they were, I would have been able to get them and I wouldn't have been able to see them then. And they appear to be floating in blackness. And if they're in another room, that means the targets can be seen from another room too.

Maybe we can use Cheat Engine and try teleport Rayman to the hidden room by changing his position.

yea or we could use a ps2 emulator with a cheat devise like Gameshark that will work too
We could use a cheat where Rayman could fly and go trough walls
