Awesome! Thanks for posting that screenshot. Did you get there using that copter cheat you talked about once? Because I thought they were contained inside a cage you couldnt enter.
 
What Hoodlum balloon?
Yes, you can fly almost everywhere, there is lots of fake walls and fake roofs that you can fly though.
 
I think a never-ending swamp would just be magnificent. And I wish those Hoodlum balloons were real in that they were accessible.
 
No, you must beat every part before TLOTLD, becuase they are not loaded at the same time. But you can fly from the beginning of the part to the end in some levels!
If you beat the 2nd part in FC without hands, you get them in 3rd part! xD
