I think Haruka is right. The RayWiki article on
Rayman Advance says:
Rayman starts with four units of health and can get up to six.
But that's not conclusive evidence... it could be a beta screenshot or something, right?
Fortunately, I have R1 on my PC, so I could test it.
Now, the GBA version does not only have a different health system. It also has a
lower resolution. The part of the level you can see on your screen is smaller than in the PC version. Here's the comparison from RayWiki:

Mysterious screenshot
The mysterious screenshot shows less of the level than the PC version. However, its perspective is identical to that of the GBA version. I think we can conclude that it is indeed a screenshot from
Rayman Advance
