Rayman 3

Hm wow that's a Ting boost and a half. If I'm ever close to a rank I want now and can't quite get it, I'll be sure to give that a try.

It's nice for that initial boost you get when posting a nice score. 1 ting per 100 points goes a long way right off the bat.
But, of course, that means it takes a lot more work to get more tings as you move on, since it will literally only give you one ting if you go back to the Hall of Fame after gaining 100 points.
(And it also means some of the highest scores will only net you a few thousand tings, but that's another topic entirely)
 
I guess there's not much point in trying to beat a previous score of 100,000 with 100,100 then. :P
I'll keep that in mind if it ever comes to it.
 
I was playing the desert of the Knnarren (whatever) level and for some reason the coconut thing you have to carry didn't appear.. It must have glitched.. I had to start the whole level over again >.<
 
Oh is it haha I thought on the vendor it showed it open and it looks like a coconut! Oh well at least it's not an uncommon glitch. Bastard thing, I was scoring as well!!!!!!!!
 
The Lums Race is the Hall of Fame, as it was known back on the official Rayman website, Raymanzone. They got transferred to RPC some time ago, so once you've unlocked, use the code they give you to add your score here.

I think this is gonna be crazy, but i want to beat the game again and beat my score. :lol:
Meh, i am going to beat it AGAIN in PS3 since the controls are better. I know i can't submit my score to get tings so,nothing in special.

This is why one shouldn't play Rayman 3 on a PS2.
Unless of course the cause of the glitch is discovered…

Just use a Playstation controller on the PC version if you've got a controller you can do that with.

Is the PS2 version much more glitchy? :P
 
Oh, that glitch. It only seems to happen during your first ever visit to the DOTK, once you've restarted, it works fine. Always found it weird why it did that, though I'm not aware of any other major glitches other than that.
 
I had that glitch in HH as well. A look into the area let me see that the egg spawned quite a distance away from where it was supposed to spawn. Maybe the same thing happens in DOTK?

There's one annoying glitch which I commonly get: For some reason, I sometimes can't hit the Hoodstormers. I use curved shots, which also connect, but they just won't take any damage. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Also, it recently occured to me that I pulled the Lever in TOTL Part 2, and when the statue of the Knaaren turned around, the Green Gem did not appear. During the process of the statue turning, I could briefly see that the Green Gem somehow got stuck behind the wall.

Another thing I'd like to point out (although it may be known to many people) is that in FC Part 3, you can't kill André while flying. When I was mid-air at the moment my fist connected with him, he wouldn't die from the shot; so basically, as soon as you don't touch the ground, he's immortal.

Not quite as bad as managing to load a completely different world while in the middle of doing a score improvement.
