Rayman Glitches

Found a glitch a creepy Globox glitch XD

Had left a game of Rayman Advance on charge for several days (or weeks, I forget :P) due to getting frustrated with the second encounter with Space Mama. When I went back to it today I discovered that when the level had restarted from after I had died, Space Mama's health bar had not replenished from where I was last time (right before I died). I don't know if it was a glitch or if it was meant to happen, but it was really weird and more importantly....really brilliant! It meant I could defeat her in about 3 or 4 punches before she started unleashing the annoying pressure cookers.

Of course, there is a possibility that it happened on purpose (the GBA version's difficulty is toned down), but it seemed like strange behaviour to me...

That happened to me too. But don't know why cuz the cd was in the CD-Drive. :P

Compatibility issue, in later versions of windows, due to the 16bit DRM, the game thinks there is no disc in the drive even when there is.
That's a well known issue, the only way to solve it is by trying to patch it, running it in a Virtual Machine or just by getting the GoG version which ditches the DRM thus making the game run without any problems.

Why is it always Globox in these glitches? It's like he's TRYING to make his organs explode.

That is a glitch, I've seen it happen in other games too.

Those are hacks, made by intentionally modifying code, not glitches.

I think if you zoom in too much his pupils disappear.
 
I managed to break a Tricky Treasure.
Note: I just uploaded the vid so it might not show up just yet.
 
I had that same glitch happen to me in the Mystic Pique Tricky Treasure level.

But how come you have the "Too" in the video title?

Tricky Temple Too, I think that's the name of the level of the last treasure chase, the one which Shroobie was recording.

Well,if you follow the video to YouTube and take a look at the description, it reveals I was in the 'Tricky Temple Too' level. I've also written down how me and my mate caused the glitch.

I wonder if, when you complete the entire course, there will be a Tricky Treasure waiting for you at the end for you to break open, or if you will have simply run the entire course for nothing.
 
Does anyone remember how to trigger the imploding Globox glitch Britta once made a video of? I intend to record a high quality one because she removed it.
