emshomar, language selection could be another option you could add to the configuration (instead of putting it in the installer).

i have been looking at my install options an THERE is something i did differently
i didnt install it in the default locations, instead i did it on my game folder, i will reinstall it in the default and see if that is the problem
 
If you have issue with what's been said to you by any member, don't have a public tantrum about it, you're digging yourself in deeper. Click on the cross icon and report the member in question, that way, the situation can be resolved sooner rather than later.

You can try that but if it doesn't work, disable Antivirus. Why wont you try it?
 
hey, i just had a tantrum because of that member, i reproted because as much as im concerned he was being rude, but everyone just turned against me, so i had to defend myself

Reading it back, fellow moderator Adsolution did point out that the tone of one of your own posts came across as less polite than it ought to have, people tend to go on the offensive for a reason, I doubt that anyone would purposely pick you out without being somewhat justified.

That being said, I don't appreciate how overblown this whole situation has become, I'd ask that all involved parties try to wipe the slate clean and go about in a less inflammatory manner, else there will be more dire consequences.

I had this in mind but I think it is not neccassairy since the user does this selection while installation.

As I recall, you actually refused to close your antivirus program, insulting me, emshomar, and other members in the process. I think I have every right to be rude to you at this juncture, as you seem to be an idiot who refuses to do the simplest things, on the account that you don't feel like it.
 
ok the problem is not avast, i reinstalled it and this time i used the default path, it worked, but i gotta say im still not thrilled by the game
the music does start and so, and the game itself feels ok, but then when i change location(from the first part of pink plant woods) to the second, the music starts all over again, and it only changes correctly when you get to betilla, and again, after that, all the music again starts, from the very beginning
 
Temporary locking while I sort this out.
I'm hoping the above is the last altercation involved, please can we get back to relevant discussion and leave this argument.

Well, yes, as I said, the CDDA music tracks are the same for each stage in the PC version. That's not emshomar's fault.

Regardless, now we know what the issue is, and Omar will probably fix this in the next update, or at least lock the installation path in the installer.

The installation path is flexible. You should be able to install it anywhere you want. I am investigating the source of this issue and will release an update with the new configurator soon, so stay tuned ;)
 
Also, can you please update the FAQ, since there are mentions of the GOG unlocker and other things that no longer exist?
 
oh ok, i was looking for the GOG Unlocker and could not find it. I also have Rayman Gold, but as a Virtual Drive iso and not an actual CD. would that still work, and if so, does the mega patch come with a README on how to apply the patch properly?
 
If you read the post above you, it does no longer exists anymore because it is not needed anymore. Just download&install and there you go.
 
i saw your post, which you made while i was actually looking for the gog unlocker mentioned in the FAQ. that's why i said "oh ok." and thank you. The way the OP made it sound, i thought was was supposed to have a CD already to put patch on.

EDIT HOLY CRAP ITS FREAKING AWESOME I JUST INSTALLED IT AND DAAAAAAAMMMN
