The first one looks like Jade with unreasonably large tatas.

Maybe the design struck a chord with the devs and they used it as base for BG&E
 
Perhaps she is one of the 'Female companions' mentioned here.

I think your style must be very suitable for them!

I found two other unused characters in a Tonic Trouble video.
