The ones you "never" improved.
Google Translate needs grammatically correct French to produce comprehensible English.

Re: RayWiki Improvement Drive - Now Active!
Well, either way, the correct word was "never" ("ne jamais").

Re: RayWiki Improvement Drive - Now Active!
Hi. Not sure if this thread is also a suggestions box, but whenever I browse the Wiki looking for something from a specific game, I find I have to pull off all sorts of search box shenanigans and page-to-page redirecting before I can find what I'm looking for.
For example, I want to look up something about Rayman 2; I want to see who all the enemies in the game are. My Wiki experience is this:
Maybe I just don't know what I should be looking for or am not using the Wiki correctly, but there's nothing on the Wiki to help me realise this (or it's so inconspicuous that I'm missing it).
I suggest a more indexed hierarchy browsing or at least a link to an indexed hierarchy of such pages. For example, there's a link on the main page that says 'Games in the franchise'. Clicking it, you see a list of all games in the Rayman franchise. From there, you can click one single game, which links you to a page containing all the ports of that game. From there, you can find a list with links to either the main page for that game or the categories pertaining to that game.
This may be a lot of work to set up - I don't know -, but it would save a lot of hassle when searching for more general items than a specific article whose name you already know. It would also allow for easier navigation into different subtopics of the same game ("Enemies From ... > Levels In ..." for example).
For example, I want to look up something about Rayman 2; I want to see who all the enemies in the game are. My Wiki experience is this:
Now none of this is incredibly difficult to do and just requires a little bit of creative searching, but if you're just looking for something specific but can't quite recall the name, you can see how this can be a tedious process.Go to the RayWiki
Type in 'Rayman 2' in the search box because there is no index of the games (I do realise you can navigate to them from the Portal but there is no link to them from the Wiki itself)
Look for a 'categories' box or some sort of redirection from there to like a main hub of pages about Rayman 2. There are none.
So I refine my search. I search 'Henchman'.
Now from Henchman 800 I can find the 'enemies from Rayman 2' category in the box below the article. However, it's incomplete. Or at least, there seems to be many more pages on the actual 'Enemies from Rayman 2' page than there are in the category box.
Knowning this, I try to find the category page. I search 'enemies from Rayman 2' because I expect the page to be called something like that (from past browsing experience). No results.
Search 'enemies'.
Find the 'enemies' category page.
Click the link to the 'Enemies from Rayman 2' page.
I have reached my destination page.

Re: RayWiki Improvement Drive - Now Active!
Heh, it's like what I've been trying to do with Navboxes. For instance, you'll notice if you're in a level article for a level in R1/RO/RL, and you want to go to a level article for a level in another world, you first need to go to the main world article, then go to the world the level is in, and then finally select the level you want to head to. A search is more simpler, but that only works if you know the level name.
I've been trying to figure out a means of making Navboxes better, the all-encompassing templates we have for R1/R2 & R3 are a step towards that direction, but some of them are incredibly bloated. I've been looking into getting tabs for Navboxes so we can shrink them down but retain their all-encompassing efficiency, but I've not yet been able to figure it out.
So yeah, if you feel we ought to reform our categorisation process, I'd suggest you create a thread in the RayWiki forums, it'll be easier to focus on and discuss the matter. I'd love to help you out in such an endeavour when I'm done with my exams.

Re: RayWiki Improvement Drive - Now Active!
You can access the Rayman 2 page from the main page by clicking Games > Platform games > 3D platform games > Rayman 2. It's not exactly quick but it's sensible and easy. Then, at the bottom of the Rayman 2 article, you have a collapsible navigation box with links to all the enemies in the game.
Alternatively (and more logically), on the home page you can click Enemies > Enemies from Rayman 2. Two clicks and you're there already.

I see you've also been adding in your ripped models, I particularly like this one:

I don't recall him having such a pose in-game, but I do like the evil monk look he's got there.

Re: RayWiki Improvement Drive - Now Active!
Pardon me if I'm inappropriate, but can somebody explain to me the purpose of userpages in the Wiki? Like, you know, this one? (not exactly chosen at random, but it's the only one I found)

You can create really cool userpages.
More seriously, they're not part of the main namespace, which means they don't conflict with encyclopædic content. Consider them meta-pages.

Re: RayWiki Improvement Drive - Now Concluded.
Hmm, I've been putting this off for too long, let's get this out of the way then...
After over half a year of service, we've come to the conclusion that the RayWiki Improvement Drive isn't fulfilling its purpose of encouraging members to edit and contribute to the Wiki. I think we've left it going long enough and the writing is on the wall; this isn't the right approach. As such, I'm announcing the conclusion of the RayWiki Improvement Drive, I'll be destickying the thread in due time.
Now, I know some members did take part, and I don't think it's fair to not give what was promised. As such, any members who feel they're eligible for tings should contact me with a list of edits that you feel did fit under the purview of the Improvement Drive. I'll see to giving out ting rewards for those efforts in about a fortnight.
Finally, we do want to encourage members to take part in the Wiki, and I'm hoping we can formulate more effective schemes and ideas from what we've learned from doing the Improvement Drive. Feedback on this scheme and any other matters to do with getting members to edit the Wiki is also welcome.
Thanks to everyone who participated in this scheme, and I hope we can work further to make RayWiki an even greater resource!

How long is this going to remain a global announcement?

Ah yes, sorry. I've not been very attentive to this. I still need to sort out ting rewards too.
