Thank you for this rant, TJ kirkMortamon Saturn wrote: Sat Sep 21, 2024 6:21 pm I knew Rayman was devolving into SJW woke trash, like when Ubisoft removed Space Mama's beach pic in some versions because they hate beautiful women being sexy, and sent a cease and desist to Redemption through Twitter for the pirate lips! Next, they'll censor the nymphs and Barbara's inflated panty shots, and then Skops' lips and Rayman's big nose!! I won't support this Tumblr feminazi-infested franchise anymore from now on!!!!1!!!![]()

Re: Rayman: The Board Game
A new figure of Globox sliding on his butt was revealed. That's fun, and you can kind of pretend it's a reference to Rayman Arena?

I voted for Desert of Dij for the same reason as Hunchman, but I also echo the sentiment that it's just a blander Band Land (Bland Land?) that I've never really liked. Maybe if we all make comments on the kickstarter posts requesting old stuff, they'll throw us a bone?

Re: Rayman: The Board Game
This new figure gives me more Origins vibes than anything. Which is still Ubiart.
Imagine if mariachis were the next win! If that happens, we might as well brand ourselves the Rayman Legends Pirate Community and forget about all the better games of Rayman's career.
Ahahahahhahahahahh!!!!Hunchman801 wrote: Sat Sep 21, 2024 6:06 pm Looks like Fiesta de los Muertos just won, and now it's a question of whether people want to see mariachis or baby dragon chefs.

Imagine if the next poll is “do you want some other games in it?” What a dream…

Re: Rayman: The Board Game
I agree about the Desert being basically Bland Land. There was some potential though, and I'm not sure what wasted it. Maybe not enough musical instruments and too many weird birds?Sabertooth wrote: Sat Sep 21, 2024 6:26 pm I voted for Desert of Dij for the same reason as Hunchman, but I also echo the sentiment that it's just a blander Band Land (Bland Land?) that I've never really liked. Re: Rayman: The Board Game
I'd be more down for listening to Desert of Dijiridoo music than Fiesta de los Muertos music. Too bad that wouldn't have changed anything since this was a poll for a board game.
Oh I see the reference there, hehe. It would have been more neat if they had done it in that style instead of....well, Legends.A new figure of Globox sliding on his butt was revealed. That's fun, and you can kind of pretend it's a reference to Rayman Arena?

It’d give me too many flashbacks of that god annoying world in origins for me to enjoy it

Jesus what hath mine innocent comments wrought xD
Moving onto this recent update, oh wow Globox sliding on his arse? My loins quivereth. -_-
Yeah, I don't wanna be an ungrateful arse, but there's far more interesting designs than just...that, surely.

Re: Rayman: The Board Game
They make us study enough of it in GCSE, it can't be helped
Though in fairness, I was thinking more Calculon but tomato, tomato.
Tbf, Desert of Dijiridoos isn't a bad level by any means, it's more the aesthetical differences that make me prefer Fiesta in this instance.

Re: Rayman: The Board Game
I don’t understand why Shakespeare is still taught AND important for GSCE in schools, considering Shakespearean English is such an outdated version of English and his plays are kinda mid anyway (and he most likely didn’t even write themMaster wrote: Sat Sep 21, 2024 7:02 pm They make us study enough of it in GCSE, it can't be helped

There’s no problem with it until the snakes come into playMaster wrote: Sat Sep 21, 2024 7:02 pm Tbf, Desert of Dijiridoos isn't a bad level by any means, it's more the aesthetical differences that make me prefer Fiesta in this instance.

*"My loins quiver" (or "quiveren") – "quivereth" is the singular form!

I wonder how they're gonna cram all those Lucky Ticket extras into the box, or will the extras get their own box?
I love the Lucky Tickets, I can't wait to see what's revealed next!

I did vote for the mariachi in the end, I think I just prefer them over baby dragon chefs. It's just all UbiArt in the end though.

But the Baby Dragon Chefs would be an Origins reference

Re: Rayman: The Board Game
I voted for the Desert of Dijiridoos because it's the closest thing to Band Land in Origins. Since we didn't get that, I voted for the Mariachis because I like skeletons and I think they look cool. But I just want my Electoons representation already, dangit! No excuses since they've been in at least two of the UbiArt games! And they better not forget their hair this time!

Forget their hair? When did that happen?
