I’d prefer it over just unlocking the levels like a boring person. Plus, it’s more rewarding since you need 450+ lums to get in

Because it’s a parody of the old stories about knights getting girls from fearsome kidnappers.

Okay another complaint, the murfy levels feel like an excuse to make the play through longer without having to put more effort into making new ones...

You said that you’d like the murfy levels! Also I told you you should’ve picked the PS3 version!

and yes i also agree that 350 lum count is way better than 600

He’s talking about how in the *gags* switch version, there is an additional set of levels (14 maybe?) that you have to control murfy in, instead of the player. I never got 100% on switch they were that infuriating

They were actually torture. Sometimes your character is absolutely reluctant to move at all

well then in that case, thats more of a game problem rather than a me problem lol, maybe they didnt make the nodes correctly? from what i have seen they did make some very dynamic levels (example in the olympus one where the ground moves, i really like that one) so maybe they didnt place some nodes correctly ? and now that i think about it i Could check it to see what the problem might be.. but, im lazy to set up the ps vita ver of legends in ubicanvas to check LOL

I think it was a sorta throwback to the Wii U version, but I can’t believe nobody listens when I always go on about how much they nailed the murfy levels in the PS Vita version

Completely optional (so there’s no teensies or trophies attributed to them) so you don’t have to do them if you’re not into skin collecting, and they actually designed fresh new levels for them, each actually designed for their purpose. And you’re rewarded with the skins splinter ray and glob cell instead of just getting them for free and not valuing them

I think I would’ve been fine with them if they had a reward if want and not just a bunch of teensies just to blatantly drag the game

EdgeRabbit wrote: Thu Dec 26, 2024 1:15 pm Its good, but that can be said for all main line Rayman games TBH. I still think this is the weakest of them.

My main complaint is the scratch off ticket system, like instead of unlocking everything through, lets say, playing the levels... THEY MAKE YOU GAMBLE? IN A 60 DOLLAR GAME? IDK, felt weird to me??
I know you have different currency over there, but I nearly spat out my water at the sight of 60 dollars

Also, It's not exactly a gamble, it's just either "will I unlock the origins paintings? or shitty creatures that give me lums, teensies, or... more lums?" You will unlock everything once you get every origins painting + creatures... then it stacks for some god awful reason and doesn't let you scratch any more :mefiant:

Another reason the switch version sucks! It costs £30 in the UK, whilst the PS3/4/5 version costs a mere £15 (and is on sale for half price more often than not, and is also free with PS PLUS), and you’re just getting a version with a couple more features, whether they are good or bad is up to you
