General Pokémon Thread

Dragonite doesn't suck! :pascontent:

He is pretty cool as a dragon, but what I think it is ashameful is the second type being Flying, which makes him being phobic against Ice-Attacks. (And it's also a little stupid being weak against Rock-type attacks).
 
The name is better than Pearl. In fact I prefer the simplicity of it compared to the previous two generations.

Some of the screenshots look interesting.
 
I hope the new Pokémon aren't all crap, but they probably will be. Moderately interested in seeing the new starters and legendaries.

~Any guesses on what the third game of the fifth generation is going to be? “Pokémon Grey”? “Pokémon Rainbow”? I wouldn't be surprised...
 
I can not see the new pokemon being worse than the last gen, but yeah chances are they are crap.

Can't say I give a fuck about the names, as long as it's a good game.
 
I don't give a fuck about all these new pokemon games, heart gold and soul silver are good.
But just look how AWFUL the new ones look.

At least I think that the screenshots are interesting, but it isn't enough to convince me that these new games will be better than D/P/Ptt. First I want to see the new Pokémon, all.
 
Apparently the new Pokémon games will have something called “Evolution 3” in them. I assume it's something to do with some Pokémon evolving three times (that is to say, having four different stages of evolution), which would be a first for the series.

Is GoNintendo credible enough?
 
I'm not saying that GoNintendo isn't trustable, but I find it wierd Serebii still not having that information displayed.
 
Umm.. What exactly blew your mind? The footage or the people in the show? (I'm guessing it's the latter.)

I wish they showed battle footage instead of an old picture.. :(
