What if you found that you didn't have the necessary talents to be successful as a professional Pokémon trainer? Abandoning your education for such a path would be a risky move.

The people you don't like would probably have better Pokémon than you.

If pokémon were real, everyone would ride their pokémon instead of using cars. No more pollution, yay! Imagine flying to school on your own Charizard, that'd be awesome! *dreams away*

Yeah, because Pokémon training takes such a high ammount of talent.

Don't question it, spiraldoor's always looking for reasons to argue, even if there's no point in it whatsoever.

Sorry, but shut the fuck up. My post was humorous and there was nothing argumentative about it in any way. This trend of constantly saying that I love starting arguments has been going on for several months now. It's a lie and it really gets on my nerves.

You have a point, that idea came a lot of times on my head, or better: I would ask my Alakazam to do a telekinesis tecnique to a bad person and transport him/her on the highest street lamp of the place and letting him/her stay for some time.

I got Soul Silver last week. :D

The Pokemon Black and White starters are supposed to be revealed this month, better keep our eyes open.

Pokemon Black & White are coming.... and i just managed to play Soul Silver (USA) my DS!! (flashcard)
I think i'll get pokemon White, but in the end it depends on the legendary pokemon. :P

right now i HOPE pokemon black/white has good looking guys then i would buy it or get it on a flashcard (if it doesnt work on flashcard im buying it like pokemon heart gold im gonna buy it for my birthday and japanese pokemon games are hard to know wtf to go)

and i would love it if pokemon where real since her team would be the second strongest in school (3 LV.100s while her friend has 6 LV.100s ) and her arceus and dusknoir would kick some ass at school along with frosglass and magmortar.

I named my rival Sauron
It fits though, because this rival is mean and evil, he hates the weak and uses his pokemon as slaves...... i hate that.
And i have 2 badges now, good for my first day in this game.
I'm playing it for 2 hours now, while watching tv at the same time... i'm sick. :x
My current team is a lvl 18 Croconaw, lvl 17 Pidgey, a lvl 12 Mareep, and a lvl 11 Zubat. (i'm trying to evolve him to a Crobat)
And an egg, i think it's an Togepi.

How can you decide which one you're getting already? :P I'll be getting whichever I get.

In Heart Gold I have 8 badges and is getting my arse kicked at the pokemon league. I have a lvl 40 Togetic, lvl 40 Gravellar, lvl 40 Butterfree, lvl 40 Gyrados (yes the red one), lvl 41 Dragonair and lvl 41 Typlosion. My rival's name is Sliver because i'm not very original.

Yeah but it's my only pokemon that knows a decent psychic type move (good against Koga).

I'm trying to remake my Diamond team, which i used to pwn my friends with.
I had a Crobat, Gengar/Roserade, Empolion, Charizard, Staraptor and Rypherior/Luxray.
My tactic was to begin with my Empolion and Staraptor, make my Staraptor use fly. (yh a HM, but a good one!)
And then make my Empolion use surf, another good HM.
That way i could damage both opponement pokemon without hurting my Staraptor. :P

Except that Staraptor wastes a turn doing nothing. A much better option would be to have something (Rhyperior fits the bill nicely) use Earthquake while Staraptor uses Brave Bird (which is much more powerful than Fly) or Close Combat. Earthquake won't hit Staraptor because it's a flying type. Crobat, Gengar and Charizard also avoid Earthquakes for teh same reason (except Gengar who does so because of Levitate).

id o the same thing but i use dusknoir and tyrranitar tryanniar uses rock/ground moves that doesnt effect dusknoir while dusknoir used punching moves (thunder punch, ice punch, shadow punch and fire punch)that make criticals

lol Butterfree. Hitting Koga supper-effectively is not really woth it. Typhlosion already hits Venomoth, Forrtress and Ariados with fire attacks and Graveler's magnitudes/earthquakes should take down Muk with ease. Also it's worth noting Dragonair is actual a complete piece off shit until it evolves (and that won't happen for 15 levels...). I'd suggest swapping either of these two for something with a decent Electric Attack or Lance's Gyarados will have a party on your face. It also helps for Will's Xatus and Slowbro, Koga's crobat and Karen's Murkrow.
