It was a woman, not a man. I have no idea why anyone would attack her, other than her race maybe? Apparently she isn't very strong too, it's really horrible.

People can be cruel in this world. Some people you just have to look at them for them to attack. (Could be a drug head for all we know.) :(
 
My uncle was attacked once for asking someone to ride their bike on the road rather than the pavement. The guy got off his bike and followed him for a while, and jumped him... He even stomped on my uncle's head, like what the fuck?
It was ages ago, like 6 or 7 years ago, and he recovered and was all right. He's quite strong though, unlike my mother's friend.

Clearly, I don't understand people getting into fights in general, but that's definitely a guy with serious problems.

Mental problems or drug use...

We've pretty much kicked my brother out of our lives right now, because of the misery he kept bringing on my parents. We figured his insanity stems from drug usage, drug dealing, and on top of that, the crazy girlfriend he refuses to leave.

My parents own their own business, and he had the company phone and never stopped texting and calling his girlfriend. Since my mom seen the phone, she has no idea who my brother is anymore with the way he talks on there. He really gets... nasty. :?
 
When I was about 8 or 9 my dad got into a fight and we had to stay round his friend's house while we went to get medical attention, and we were all in hysterics that night, so I hope that your mum's friend can get a speedy recovery Ambi.

Aiaiai, it's the crummy 11th Doctor's Screwdriver toy, you ought to get the 12th Doctor's one button screwdriver, much nicer without that unsightly and inaccurate red button at the bottom.

You know, I still have a 10th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver lying around somewhere. I need to figure out how to fix the Laser Screwdriver as well.
