I recognize this is silly as normally I've never cared a rat's ass about who's pope, and I'm not even catholic or religious for that matter, but I hate that the new pope is an American. Apparently he has publicly denounced J.D. Vance and the regime, so while I was a bit concerned of his ties to the US, it seems that I was mistaken and that he will not play into Trump's hand. What a relief.
