Not a ringtone, but I think this jingle from Legends is perfect as a notification sound. I've been using it for several years now.
As for ringtones I've sometimes used this one from Rayman 2.

Here are some wallpapers that i extracted from Ubuntu Linux.
the file name "warty-final-ubuntu" didn't change last time in future. so i decided change one of codename such as maverick, lucid, natty, etc.
I use 7-zip to open squashfs. i found it on usr/share/backgrounds folder. which there are some wallpapers for ubuntu linux.

Nah I definitely can't hold my breath for long at all, I just start feeling dizzy within seconds. I can last about 40 seconds then I feel like my head is going to explode.

I find reflecting on funny moments from my past also helps me relax. It's usually for that reason that I like to play older games too for nostalgia, they always trigger memories.
