Is the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman Raving Rabbids based on this game engine?

- It is not, neither is Rayman Advance. I've reverted your edits. Even though graphically it might look similar, Raving Rabbids GBA uses Visual Impact's own engine which has no similarities to this engine. --
