PTOOOOUH. Don' normally see shady characters like you 'round these parts. This here is my user page, and a damn fine place for me to practice my formattin' skills - or lack of, if you get my drift. HAC-PTOUH.
The first subheading...
Rayman 3, for the Game Boy Adv-- wha? Why?
The very first console I ever owned for myself was a silver Game Boy Advance SP, and the very first game I owned for myself was... well, I suppose Who Wants To Be A Millionaire counts (not gonna get all elitist about what counts as a 'tru' videogame), but far more dear to my heart was my copy of the GBA 'port' of Rayman 3. It was a fantastic game then, and remains so under scrutiny today. It's incredible how much love and care was put into what could have so easily been an inferior handheld port.
The artistic quality of the game's assets is incredibly high. Rayman is responsive, navigating around well-designed levels with just the right level of challenge. Rayman's sprite - yes, the sprite that spawned a thousand recolours - is still a thing of beauty, smooth as a baby's bottom and graceful as an early Disney Princess. What's more, it's based mainly on Rayman 2, a far superior game to its '2 kul 4 skul' sequel. Yes, I suppose there are a number of leaps of faith (I'm looking at you, Void of Bones Phase 2...), and those Go-Kart stages can lick me right where I like it, but what are these mere quibbles compared to what, by all accounts, is the rightful heir to Rayman 2's lofty throne?
I'm therefore here principally to aid in the maintanance of articles related to Rayman 3 (GBA). Spiral has already done a sterling job with the English side, but the frogs have been left lacking, so I've graciously deigned to help them out too.
Great, but you're still a bit shoddy.
Indeed, but not shoddy enough that I should stay off the wiki entirely. These are articles that might otherwise be forgotten.
