According to [http://pastebin.com/dPCDr4Gx this], the Fairy Council was going to be some kind of bank that Andre was going to rob? I don't know if this is legit or not so I thought I'd put it here. :Hmm, that's Droolie there, from what I can tell, this is what the UnlockRay group uncovered a few months back.
