It's probably fair to say the intended colour may have been red, given Moskito was red in the Jaguar version. However, I don't know if what looks like speculation to me should be here, claiming that they are possibly mistakes or caused by hardware limitations. : I can confirm that it's not hardware limitations yeah. There is nothing preventing them from having either created a separate set of sprites for Moskito which were red or having implemented a way to change its palette. I don't think we can really know what the reason was, so it's probably best to just state the facts we know, which are the colors used in the different versions, and not speculate as for the reason. There are several other odd inconsistencies between versions, and most are probably just a result of a tight deadline and different devs focusing on the different versions. --[[File:Carrot signature.png|75px|link=User:Raycarrot]] 20:37, 4 October 2025 (UTC)
