:::The watercrafts are said to be a creation of the Hoodlums in an official press release – the one describing the Looming Sea. I don't think it was ever specified that Céloche was a Hoodlum, but it's quite clear from context that he is – why else would a mechanical tripod appear in the Land of the Livid Dead and attack Rayman? He is quite out-of-place in that environment, and is clearly an artificial creation of some sort. His turret appears similar to Hoodlum machinery such as the Armaguiddons.
