:::If there was ever an official source that confirmed the Front to be the collective name for the game's hub levels, it's long forgotten, but that was already the meaning everyone believed the word to hold when I joined this site in 2008, and I've always assumed it was correct.

:::The word 'front' has many meanings, one of which is 'the land along a seashore or large lake', which certainly applies to the Minisaurus Plane, Globox House and Rainbow Creek. Your interpretation that it refers to the pirates' military force is another possibility. Perhaps we should check the wording in the original French version of the game to see if it's more specific? —Spiraldoor 20:18, 21 May 2012 (CEST)

::::In the French version, 'the Front' is called 'Le Front'. In French, the word 'front' only refer to a military front when he is used to refer to a place. It can be used too to refer to a 'land along a seashore or large lake', but only with a particular structure, 'front de mer'. -- Boomboleros7 20:43, 21 May 2012 (CEST)

::::By the way, while you speak about the font of the texts, I have maybe found something that prove that the Front/le Front isn't a proper noun. If you remember, in Rayman 2 and Rayman Revolution, the name of the characters, of the Lums, but too of the levels, like the Fairy Glade, the places, like the East Plain and the hubs, like the Globox House, are wrote in red in every texts. And it isn't the case of the Front in the sentence of the Grand Minimus. As well in the English version than in the French version. -- Boomboleros7 21:57, 21 May 2012 (CEST)
