The desert of the Knaaren is a harsh, scorching plain of sand, dotted by rocky outcrops and yawning chasms. It looks as if it were hellish at first sight. However, beneath the barren, lifeless surface is an enormous tunnel and cave system that delves deep into the rocky under-layers. This is where the native species of the world, [[Knaaren]], dwell. They guard their domain fiercely and effectively, constantly pacing the many passages.
