Flying shields are objects in Rayman Legends, where they appear in Olympus Maximus. They can only be found in the levels Shields Up... and Down and the Great Lava Pursuit. In these levels, Murfy appears, and uses the shields as either platforms to carry the player, or to block hazardous obstacles so that the player may safely progress.
Trivia
- In most ports of the game, there are several shields used separately by Murfy in Shields Up... and Down and the Great Lava Pursuit, but in the Wii U, PlayStation Vita and Nintendo Switch ports, there is only one shield, and Murfy carries it throughout the entire level.
