Hopping lollipops[1] are enemies from the Sweets world in the Game Boy Advance adaptation of Rayman Raving Rabbids.
They patrol an area wearing a large smile, though when Rayman gets within reach, their faces suddenly turn angry and they slap him with their own bodies.
