The Hoodlums are the main bad guys from Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. They are actually costumes made for the many Black Lums inside them.
Personality
The Hoodlums are very insane and stupid. Despite this, they proved a tough enemy for Rayman. They were desperate to kill Rayman by all means, but because of Rayman's strong skill, they failed miserably.

- The Hoodlums had many videos in which they try to kill Rayman. There are some where the Hoodlums are training, and also the Wanna Kick Rayman? videos, in which the Hoodlums use many animals, pretending that they are Rayman, to try out there varied and crazy ways to kill him.
