The Kagouflap wore a metal helmet and a different costume than that of the Kagustick.

At an early point in Rayman 3's development, the Kagouflap and the Kagustick, two similar flying Hoodlums, were both present as enemies in the game. The Kagouflap would have actively attacked Rayman. Its attack was fairly simple: equipped with a metal helmet, it would fly above Rayman, dealing out devastating ‘ball strikes’. However, there was one obvious presentation problem with the character, linked to the choice of cameras. Furthermore, choices had to be made by the developers from all the Hoodlums on offer and, in the end, it was the Kagustick who was retained in preference to the Kagouflap. The Kagustick does not attack Rayman, so the limits of the camera are not particularly relevant to it. The Kagustick's name was changed to ‘Hoodloon’ in the final version of the game.
