The Hoodlums are very insane and stupid. Despite this, they proved a tough enemy for Rayman. A Hoodlum is a member of an enemy species that is introduced in Rayman 3. It is the product of a cluster of Black Lums that had stripped the fur of several animals and created all sorts of rags to hide their inner contents. They are often found sporting an assortment of weapons, especially shotguns, that shoot slow moving fireballs.

- The Hoodlums had many videos in which they try to kill Rayman. There are some where the Hoodlums are training, and also the Wanna Kick Rayman? videos, in which the Hoodlums use many animals, pretending that they are Rayman, to try out there varied and crazy ways to kill him.
