The Lum is an object which appear in the Hall of Doors in Rayman 2: The Great Escape. Unlike most Lums found throughout the Rayman series, this particular Lum cannot be collected. It is golden in colour and has neither eyes nor wings. Its only purpose it to travel through the Hall, moving from one Spiral Door to another. This is presumably to help the player tell which level they have selected; it is not clear exactly what purpose the Lum serves from Rayman's perspective. When a Door is touched by the Lum, it begins to spin and sparkle, and a hologram of something representative of that Door's level appears.
