These are the magical members of the hoodlum army and are usually found creating forcefields around other hoodlums to protect them.
They are tall, thin and have a knot in the lower part of their body. They also wear a yellow veil which covers the top part of their body.
Rayman must launch his fist at the hoodlum that is being protected to bring the Hoodoo out into the open and can then hit the Hoodoo once or twice before it dissapears again.
