Pens are enemies from the Child world in the Game Boy Advance adaptation of Rayman Raving Rabbids.
There is only one in the entire game, in the level Child's Play. It patrols on its platform while running, and proceed to attack Rayman with its hands when he is in reach. It also guards one of the cages of the level.
