The Goaty was a creature which would have appeared in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. Like the Snoot, the Goaty was cut from the final version of the game to avoid overloading the universe with creatures and sending the player off on false trails.
The Goaty looked vaguely like an ibex, stood mainly on two legs and had a sheeplike head with long hanging ears. He was designed as an animal that Rayman could mount, and would have taken Rayman to the game's mountain environment (possibly the Summit Beyond the Clouds). Even though it was cut from the game, the Goaty makes a cameo as a statue in Razoff's mansion. The statue depicts a Goaty with an extra pair of legs being mounted by Count Razoff.
