A star is a magical object from the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman Raving Rabbids and it has got a similar purpose to the elves and the yellow mushrooms, which is to change Rayman's size back to normal.
In the symbian version of the same game, these are collectible items that gives an extra life to Rayman when he gathers one hundred at a time.
