Rabbids Go Home is the fourth installment of the Rayman Raving Rabbids series. It was officially revealed in a Nintendo Power article in early 2009, and is set to be released later that year. Centring entirely around the Rabbids, Rayman will not appear in the game as the main character or even a supporting character.

Plot

The Rabbids have had enough of our world classing us as 'boring' and want to go home from whence they came, before all of the Raving Rabbids party games. Trouble is, they have no idea where they came from. At a loss, the Rabbids decide to live on the moon. Two Rabbids journey to build a tower of junk to reach the moon, basic every-day objects taken from the humans, which the main goals of the levels will be to get ahold of a large object, but you will also get rewards for collecting other things you get along the way, usually involving them being smashed up. One Rabbid steers a shopping cart while the other rides in it. You can also steal the highly -steriotypical human clothing, from the over 100 different 'types of human' including the likes of Goths and cowboys, as you barge into them. There will be 6 hub worlds, 20 environments and 50 missions. Most likely by the help of Rayman because of him giving the humans information about the rabbids in a previous game, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, there are the Verminators, the human response to the sudden 'Rabbid invasion', and Dogs, wicked canines that hunt the rabbids in packs.

Gameplay

One Rabbid drives the shopping cart while another sits inside it. The game is described as action-adventure, and will have only a few minigames.
