I would upload all the cutscenes in one video, however for some reason whenever I drop a fraps recorded file into Vegas it simply doesn't work... maybe I should use a different recording software if anyone has any suggestions. :fou2:

Speaking of Ninty, what's the thoughts on the controversy regarding Ninty and Let's Plays?
I'll quote this from a comment I read on YouTube:
I had almost all of my videos ID tagged once by Namco Bandai, but you can escape it via a loophole which is Section 17 of Fair Use.

As long as you legally own the game, you can use the gameplay for/with criticism or comment/commentary etc.

Have a look, because I'm certain you don't have to suffer this. Dispute one video, at least, and see what happens.

It appears there's a way around companies claiming the content in the video as theirs.

Perhaps convert the file into a format that works on Vegas. Or use Bandicam, which is really good in my opinion (The unlicensed version can record 10 minutes).

I think Sonic all together has never been as good as people praise it, from the first game. Don't get me wrong, I love the original Genesis games, and I happen to own a Mega Drive which I used to play the games on a lot, but I've always found that Sonic's famous speed is what ruins the gameplay. The original games contain a lot of platforming, and it never feels satisfying because the controls are meant to work in a way that he quickly gains speed, making much of the difficulty of the game exist purely because of feeling unstable. I'd much rather play Mario Bros. with tight controls that move like you want them to. And modern Sonic still has that. Your always jumping too far and fast then you want to, and it just gets irritating. I'm not a huge fan of 3D Sonic but that is what really makes Colours and Generations stand out.

Unleashed day stages were pretty good too, but if you were to play the game without the Werehog stages, doesn't that still mean that is forces you to watch the shitty cutscenes and do the fucking atrocious town stuff?

I can easily admit, Sonic has always been a bit of an overrated franchise. The old ones are still enjoyable as hell to me. Though I easily prefer Mario Bros, I use to prefer Sonic, I still think the original trilogy of Sonic for the Genesis, even though Sonic crashing into everything making the game not too much about speed, but more about platforming, fun as hell. The level design is very greatly structured, and the game as a whole is just fun to play as. I do think Sega should just take a break from Sonic- I mean really, what about Jet Set Radio, NiGHTS, Streets of Rage, there are SO many other franchises Sega could make new games for, but no, make another Sonic game. I would KILL for a new Jet Set Radio.

Not to barge into the discussion or anything, but here's something some of you fellows may be interested in:

I agree with you in every word.

As a technical enthusiast, I could not stop laughing at how 'wtf' this was.

Yes, it's just a short teaser, but Sony somehow made my excitement levels (which were already almost nonexistent, since the console sounds like shit honestly) go down, not to mention that they managed to hurt my eyes and give me a headache just within a short thirty-second trailer. Really? I can even critique the seizure-inducer: They reused the same 4-6 images over and over again, adding to the fact that the effect is already horribly dated, cheesy, and makes me hate Sony even more.

It's pretty... sort of. The blurry picture makes it look like a Wii U.
No, it made it look like a fucking black square. It could have been drawn in MS Paint for all we know.

We get it Ad, you hate Sony.

But yeah, teaser wasn't all that special to me, but hopefully we'll see something good. I was never a big fan of Sony themselves, but I honestly love the exclusives there consoles have to offer, I've played the hell out of my PS3, and I can easily say it had a damn great selection of games, I'm hoping the same for PS4

Meh, I know I was nurtured on Sony, and that's probably one of the reasons I'm still with 'em to this day, mostly in part due to exclusives and the like, as is with some of the Ninty folk.
I do genuinely hope I can one day actually move onto PC gaming, the ability to use mods on games like Sonic Generations, Skyrim and the like have been a great allure to me for some time, alongside some of the other benefits, such as being able to record gameplay with ease and the like.

PC will always be the best with no explanation. Like I said, it's not really Sony I care for, it's just the incredible amount of exclusives they have to offer which was what made me choose a PS3 over a Xbox 360.

That's not the fucking point. I won't hesitate to compliment something if I think it's good. Unfortunately, Sony has managed to do everything wrong with the PS4 so far, thus I reserve the right to sound like a negative asshole at every turn.

I know it's just a matter of wording, but remember: the console has absolutely nothing to do with the exclusives. How many exclusives there are is up to how much of a stupid whore the console's parent company is.

Holy crap, calm down. It's not like I'm stating you're wrong or anything.

I know the console has nothing to do with the exclusives. I was simply stating I enjoy the exclusives they have to offer, they've always had games that kept me playing for hours, that's why I enjoy it.
