As for pizza, I remember trying interesting things in this rather inventive restaurant where they had andouille pizza and pasta carbonara pizza on the menu. Both were surprisingly good!
 
Both sound great! I remember seeing macaroni and cheese pizza somewhere…but I didn’t like how they made it (then again it was a chain buffet maybe a restaurant could do that better).
