Yeah it would definitely be masked a lot by a CRT, they even manage to mask dithering like you'd see in many 3D PS1 games.Im guessing it being blurry wouldnt be visable on a CRT, i sure didnt notice
Really? That's a shame.Regarding the Windows flashing, the code for it actually still in the PC version. Too bad it went unused.
Actually, I've been thinking about this. It makes sense, but it's still strange that the "abstract" worlds came last, when they were more directly connected to the original story of the game taking place in a computer, where each one represented a particular processing unit. I guess that original story was on the back burner by the time they scrapped the SNES version and moved to Jaguar, so they concentrated on the "realistic" ones first…Edit: Btw, this is most likely the order the worlds were made in:
Jungle
Mountain
Cave
Music

Cake
This is based on how they appear in the Jaguar ROM, and it matches quite well with the time frames of when we've seen early gameplay of them in videos and demos. It also proves more that sliding was added in much later, as it's only really used in the last 3 worlds.
