I had alot of trouble with the eyes.

It would be cool if you did orange and light brown - light brown central to the eye and orange surrounding it.

Well, I did yellow since that's more true to the actual Dark Rayman.

Better. But the edges of the eyes need smoothing or something, they look a little jagged.

It does indeed look better.
I'd suggest removing those horrible dark parts above the eyes though - they kind of contrast with the eye colour.
