This Hoodlum exists only in a piece of concept artwork, like many others, some of which are early versions of the final Hoodlums. I don't believe we should have an article just for this Hoodlum: an article about early Hoodlums are a section in the Rayman 3 early development article would be much more suitable I believe. — 11:46, 20 May 2014 (CEST)

Well the Siamese Hoodlum made it way further as it was actually modeled, so I don't know. I guess it's not easy to draw the line. — 19:14, 20 May 2014 (CEST)
